Occurrence: Sulawesi (Celebes, Indonesia)

This species has never been validly described. About 30 years ago a Mr. Bundle this paph. Found and collected in the Highlands of Celebes. A large part of this collection went to Japan. In the years that followed, individual plants also came to Europe and are now offered as offspring.
For the "merits" to this species, it is known under the name Paph. traded bundtii.

It differs from the other species of the bullenianum group on Sulawesi by relatively small leaves (leaf span approx. 15 cm) with a reddish underside.
