Synonym: Paph. baccanum

 

Paph. schoseri is also under the name Paph. baccanum become known. This species was described at about the same time, the name Paph. schoseri is the "correct" one, since this description was the first to be published - Paph. baccanum is just a synonym.

Paph. schoseri grows on the island of Bacan (Moluccas) at altitudes of 1200 -1300 m, but transitional forms to Paph seem to exist. javanicum on the island of Flores and possibly Bali.
