Paphiopedilum multifolium   LIU & ZHANG

Synonym: Paph. wardii aus China

 

 

Paph. multifolium is not considered a separate species by some taxonomists but as Paph. wardii viewed from China.

Paph. multifolium is said to be significantly larger and have more leaves than Paph. wardii (see following photos).

The plants grow in southwestern China and northern Myanmar at altitudes of 1200 to 1600 meters.
